A : Really official procedure, the bulk goods is following the PPS, either colors, workmanship and quality.
Q : New Generation can provide any service to clients ?
A : They can provide a vertical service from design sketches creation until shipment, it can save me a lot of time.
Q : New Generation has own QC team ? Or needs to ask the thrid party for the inspection ?
A : They have own QC team for inspection and also they can follow clients requested to ask third party (SGS) for inspection and provide the inspection report to clients.
Q : How is New Generation people English level ? Any problem on the communication ?
A : Their Staff is from Hong Kong and no problem on any communication.
Q : How is New Generation people knowledge on product ?
A : Their staff has very high experience, they provide me a lot of suggestion even the design or production to avoid the portention problem.
Q : New Generation can provide me the market information and willing to share the techique information ?
A : They are very kindness, whatever I place order or not, they also will answer my question honestly.
Q : I am being worked with other China supplier but they are always make me a high price but finally go down a lot, let me feel very tired on negotiation, how is the New Generation ?
A : It is normal practice on China supplier, but you better to provide the target price and delivery, New Generation will make it straight forward, deal or their lowest price, it save me a lot of time on the negotiation.
Q : New Generation has hugh sourcing on fabric and triming ?
A : They have current fabric mill and trim supplier, I can develop my own triming, and they are quick rection, their arm is don't waste time on something that they cannot handle, it is worst to clients and I can change my idea to save more time on production.
Q : New Generation has shipping department and willing to handle the shipping document ?
A : I am being placed LDP order to them and I just doing nothing, wait for the DO then ask my truck to take over my goods, that’s it !!! Easy work.
Q : New Gerenation is a reliable supplier ?
A : They are legal company in Hong Kong, all the financial is handle in Hong Kong and China only is the operation branch, I think Hong Kong is a safe place and good condition to make the trade.
